Flexible qualifications

ILM’s unit-based qualifications portfolio gives employers and training providers the unprecedented flexibility to pick and mix units and so build qualifications to meet their specific training needs. All of the accredited qualifications are placed on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and qualify for public funding, being part of this framework also brings closer alignment to foundation, graduate and masters degrees within the higher education qualifications.

Recognition of existing in-house training

Many large employers choose to develop their leaders and managers through in-house training that is tailored to their specific organisational needs.
