If Centres do not provide ULNs for all candidates at the time of registration with ILM, we are unable to assist them by updating their candidates' LARs. This will lead to a significant increase in administration for Centres. Instead of the two-step process required by the recommended route, Centres will need to complete a four-step process, as outlined below, after registering your candidates with ILM as usual:
Step 1 Retrospectively obtain new or verify existing ULNs for all candidates on the MIAP LRS
Step 2 Create LARs for your candidates on the QCA LAR system
Step 3 Supply cross reference data to the LAR system
Step 4 Submit final results to ILM as normal
Opting out and further information
What happens if Centres opt out of the new processes?
