Opting out

From September 2008 it will be mandatory for all learning providers funded for Further Education or work-based learning to register all recorded students with a ULN. Centres whose candidates are not funded can choose to opt out of the processes covered in this leaflet. However, this will mean your candidates will not receive national credit or have their achievement recorded on their LARs.
