Who can I contact to get help?

Please contact our Customer Service Team should you have any queries not answered here. The Customer Service Team are available between 8.30am and 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays on 01543 266867.  An answerphone service operates outside these hours.  All phone calls and emails are logged and we will respond to you within 24 hours on working days.  If we cannot resolve the issue immediately we will keep you informed of progress.

How do I access the ILM secure centres area?

If you are a new centre or someone from your centre is accessing www.i-l-m.com/centres for the first time, you will need to register for access. 

Click on the register for access link and fill in your Centre number, the Centre’s postcode, the email address ILM holds for your Centre in our database, and choose a password before clicking register.  We’ll send an email to your email address to confirm your registration was successful.  From then on you can log in just by entering your Centre number and password.

As soon as one person has registered for access, everyone else within the Centre must use the same password.  Do keep this information somewhere where everyone has access to it, such as your Centre files.

If you forget your password, you can use the forgotten password link on the log in page and we will send an email reminder to the email address that was given when your Centre first registered for access.  It’s important that you keep us informed of any staff changes so that we can change the email address on our records if necessary.
