Centre Manual

The ILM Centre Manual is an essential document providing information and guidance to centre personnel on every aspect of running ILM qualifications; from achieving centre approval to monitoring and results procedures.

We update the Manual on a regular basis in response to changes in procedures (internally and externally), policies, and ILM staff changes, etc.

This complete version of the new Manual is version 2 - February 2010.
To see what has changed from Version 1 (July 2009), view the control sheet.
