ILM Learner of the Year 2010
The ILM Learner of the Year award celebrates outstanding learners who have excelled in their chosen qualification, inspired others, or achieved success for their organisation as a result of taking an ILM programme.
Entries are judged in four UK national categories – Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland – and an international category. The winner from each group receives a trophy and is entered for the overall winning title, ILM Learner of the Year 2010.
If you have worked with a learner who has completed an outstanding project or made a difference to their team, organisation or community through their studies then this is your opportunity to nominate them for recognition.
City & Guilds Medals for Excellence
The City & Guilds Medals for Excellence programme also recognises and rewards exceptional people whose work really makes them stand out. This year we’re pleased to announce that successful national/international ILM Learner of the Year winners will also receive a City & Guilds Medal for Excellence. Both awards will be presented together at a local ceremony in early 2010.
City & Guilds Lion Awards
In addition to receiving an ILM Learner of the Year trophy and a City & Guilds Medal for Excellence, all five learners will be automatically entered to win a prestigious City & Guilds Lion Award. Lion Awards are the culmination of the Medals for Excellence programme and all ILM Learner of the Year winners and nominators will be invited to the ‘Oscar style’ Lion Awards dinner in London on 12 April 2010 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel.
