The ILM Level 3 NVQ in Personnel Support has been specially designed for practising personnel professionals who provide support for the development, management and representation for personnel in the workforce. The qualification aims to give participants an opportunity to develop performance, become more effective, and progress their personnel career. Flexibility is achieved through optional units which complement the three mandatory units deigned to cover the core competences needed by today’s personnel professionals.
