Management qualifications lie at the heart of ILM’s offering. Combining innovative design with a strong focus on developing workplace performance, these widely available qualifications are explicitly designed to meet the needs of managers and their organisations. There are 13 Vocationally Related Qualifications (VRQs), at six different levels of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), and five Scottish/National Vocational Qualifications (S/NVQs).
