Special Interest Groups

All industries need strong leaders and managers – but the challenges they face can vary massively between sectors. That’s why it’s helpful to be able to share experiences with other members working in your industry or sector.

ILM is developing a range of special interest groups and currently offers tailored membership benefits for small business owner/managers and people working in local government.

Faculty of Enterprise

If you are a small business owner/manager or someone who’s thinking about setting up a business, the Faculty offers all the benefits of ILM membership, plus several specially tailored services to provide additional support - two free e-learning modules on business planning and contract negotiations, the monthly Enterprise e-zine, checklists on enterprise topics and useful know-how guides.  The Faculty of Enterprise was developed in conjunction with SFEDI, the Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative.
