Centre Support

ILM centres receive access to a wide range of specialist support and information services designed to assist the set-up, management and delivery of ILM programmes.

Support for Universities and Colleges

ILM is committed to providing the highest standards of customer service. We support our centres at every stage of their relationship with ILM, from first contact to approval and qualification delivery, through our specialist team of expert field staff. All ILM centres are allocated a dedicated named Customer Services co-ordinator to act as their first point of contact for any queries or requests.

Universities and colleges benefit from a comprehensive range of support services and materials, including:

  • Personal support from the allocated ILM external verifier, local business manager, and the ILM Assessment Support Team
  • Free ILM studying membership for tutors and trainers – so they can access the services received by their students
  • Access to a wide range of downloadable resources via a dedicated Centres area of this website
  • Free attendance at ILM events, conferences and network meetings
  • Use of the relevant ILM logo for website and marketing materials
  • Complimentary subscription to Edge magazine (nine issues a year)
  • Centres in the Know newsletter
  • Free marketing material
  • ILM centre plaque

ILM also runs regular centre support days around the country, providing ILM centre representatives with the opportunity to receive face-to-face support from ILM qualification experts while networking with other leadership and management development professionals. All ILM centres receive access to the Centres area of the website, which holds a wealth of resources and information for staff, especially useful for colleges with summer staff that are new to ILM qualification procedures.
