At this time of uncertainty, ILM has completed an in-depth study of public sector managers, to understand their present mindset, readiness for change, and the challenges and opportunities they will face in the coming months.
A breakfast briefing on 18 February examined the research findings, with a high-level panel debate featuring a select group of senior public leaders.
