Fellowship is the most senior grade of membership at the Institute of Leadership & Management, and is reserved for highly experienced, well-qualified managers and leaders.
Joining the Institute as a Fellow – and using the Fellow post-nominal letters FInstLM – is an excellent way to gain formal accreditation for your advanced skills, knowledge and experience in the field.
Your membership offers the chance to network with like-minded professionals at Fellows dinners and other events, and online through our dedicated groups.
Fellows also get all the other Institute member benefits to keep up with the latest in management thinking, insight and best practice.
Many Institute of Leadership & Management Fellows use the opportunities provided by our online communities to share their knowledge and experience with other up-and-coming managers.
This informal mentorship is an invaluable resource for the whole community – helping support the Institutes’s mission to build leadership and management capacity.
An annual fee is payable for Fellowship. New Fellows pay an upgrade fee if they are members, or they pay the standard Institute members joining fee.
