Using ILM Insight
ILM Insight brings together managers, learners, employers and training providers into one place to talk about leadership and management development. It includes managers asking for advice, employers sharing and searching out best practice, and other training providers discussing the state of learning and development.
It's a place to go for advice, to network, to show off your expertise and engage managers and learners.

Blogging in the community is a great to demonstrate your expertise and speak to the people you want to reach. Do you want to establish your credentials with employers? Or perhaps your aim is to build a following of managers who may become learners? Blogging is the ideal way to draw people in by talking about what you know. Rather than the hard sell, think of your blog as a way to give a little of your knowledge away for free, in return for enhanced reputation.
Blog posts on the ILM site are limited to 4,000 characters (around 700 words).
