With the UK basking in high temperatures this July, ILM's summer survey found that almost three in ten (28%) workers struggle to decide what to wear to work in the hot weather, with one in ten (10%) thinking their company isn’t reasonable about what is deemed acceptable attire in the summer months

    In NZ, because of the sun, you do need to wear a hat, especially to and from work or if working outside. For school children it is mandatory to have a hat during the summer months, if you have no hat then you don't go outside.
