As the demands and expectations of our 24/7 consumer culture increase, the UK is moving towards a fully flexible future. Organisations are increasingly recognising the benefits of working flexibly, both for staff and for business. We wanted to find out how far UK organisations have come on this journey – and what, if any, are the barriers holding them back.
Attitudes to Flexible Working explores the relationship between managers and employees working flexibly. While most organisations now offer flexible working, more senior staff were more likely to be working flexibly on a regiular basis.
