ILM and the Financial Services industry

The ILM City Foundation Course develops leaders with the skills and knowledge to achieve commercial outcomes in an ethical and sustainable manner.

The course is an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leading with Integrity. It is ideal for individuals who have leadership and management responsibilities in the financial sector within the City of London.

We developed the City Foundation Course in partnership with Cass Business School, in close consultation with the City Values Forum and with the support of the City HR Association and the Lord Mayor of London.
