Focus on the skills you need
There are two mandatory units in this qualification. ‘Working in a staff and organisation development service’ gives you an in-depth understanding of your role, how you contribute to its development service and the organisation as a whole. It also gives you the tools to produce workable development solutions. ‘Developing practice as a staff and organisation development administrator’ enables you to review, identify and plan for your own professional development needs and to meet the skills gaps of others.

Structure

The qualification is structured into 1 unit group. 2 hours of induction and at least 4 hours of tutorial support are required. There are 2 mandatory units. Learners must attain a total of 6 credits to achieve this qualification.
