The Customer Service Team is available by phone between 8am and 6pm Monday to Thursday and from 8am to 4.30pm on Friday. An answerphone service operates outside these hours and during peak periods.
All calls and emails to the Customer Service Team are logged and this guarantees that your query will be answered. We will respond to your enquiries within five working days. If your query is complex and we cannot resolve it within this timeframe we will keep you informed of progress.
