Revised CMDA Assessment Plan

The Government has reissued the CMDA Assessment Plan to address strong concerns raised by stakeholders. You can find out what’s been changed and find out how to support the changes here

On Friday 24th February the Department for Education reissued the Assessment Plan for the Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship to address the concerns expressed.

The plan is now open for consultation and feedback until 10th March 2017.

The proposed changes remove the mandatory embedding of professional recognition with one membership organisation as part of the pre-End Point Assessment (EPA) gateway assessment. Instead, apprentices will have the option of registering for professional recognition with a body of their choosing following completion of EPA, but this will be entirely at their discretion. It is proposed that the title of the Apprenticeship remains the same.

Have your say: Closes 10th March
