Revised CMDA Assessment Plan

On Friday 24^th February the Department for Education reissued the Assessment Plan for the Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship to address the concerns expressed.

The plan is now open for consultation and feedback until 10^th March 2017.

The proposed changes remove the mandatory embedding of professional recognition with one membership organisation as part of the pre-End Point Assessment (EPA) gateway assessment. Instead, apprentices will have the option of registering for professional recognition with a body of their choosing following completion of EPA, but this will be entirely at their discretion. It is proposed that the title of the Apprenticeship remains the same.
