ILM Level 2 Team Leading Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship package provides learners with an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of team leaders in a business context. It builds practical skills in team management through a choice of hands-on units.
ILM Level 3 Management Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship is ideal for first line managers. Learners gain theoretical knowledge in the principles behind good leadership and management. Apprentices also develop their practical management skills to improve business performance and to support their career progression.

This apprenticeship package is broadly equivalent to the first and second year of an undergraduate degree programme. It is ideal for people switching sectors or roles, where they have developed specific workplace technical knowledge and now need to develop their leadership and management skills to meet middle management roles.
