Focus on the skills you need

The single mandatory unit focuses on getting and using information to make effective decisions and find solutions to problems. Take two units from Group 2, which cover managing innovation and change in your organisation or understanding leadership and what it takes to lead and motivate a team. Then work with your employer or training provider to map optional units to your needs and skills gaps. This includes units from Levels 2 and 4, to help your formal career development.

Structure

Details of the qualification, learning time involved and criteria a learner must satisfy

4 unit groups. At least 2 hours of induction and 4 hours tutorial support are required. A minimum of 15 credits (a minimum of 4 credits from group 2 and a maximum of 7 credits from group 4), and no more than 24 credits are required to achieve this qualification.
