Leadership and Management Special Interest Group

Launched in February 2026, this informal forum brings ILM Leadership & Management customers together in the same open, agenda free format as the Coaching & Mentoring SIG to share insights, challenges, and best practice. Groups may cluster by level or product focus, with joining links available via the ILM events page.

ILM Levels 3, 5 and 7 Coaching & Mentoring qualifications launch

Join us to explore the new ILM Coaching & Mentoring qualifications and discover how they support learners at every stage of their coaching and mentoring journey.

We'll highlight the value of the new suite for learners, employers and providers, including how the qualifications help develop practical coaching capability, support career progression and respond to evolving workplace development needs. We'll also provide an overview of the qualification structure, assessment approach and learner pathways.

The session will include links to qualification handbooks, Q Cards and support guidance, along with details of the fast-track approval process for centres currently approved to deliver the outgoing Coaching & Mentoring qualifications.
