  • Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship - Level 3

    Who's it for?
    Employees leading teams with some management responsibilities, like supporting, managing and developing your team members, to leading projects or planning and monitoring workloads and resources. You could also be responsible for delivering operational plans, resolving problems, or building work relationships with colleagues at the same level of above.

    What job titles might be suitable?
    Your job title might be something like Team Leader, Supervisor, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson or Shift Manager.

  • Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship - Level 5

    Who's it for?
    Those suited to the operations/departmental manager apprenticeship might have responsibilities for everything from creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, and leading and managing teams, to managing change, financial and resource management. Responsibilities also include talent management, coaching and mentoring.

    What job titles might be suitable?
    Roles may include those of Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Department Manager as well as other specialist managers.

  • Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship - Level 6

    Who's it for?
    Those suited to the operations/departmental manager apprenticeship might have responsibilities for everything from people, projects, operations or services to deliver long term organisational success. They will be capable of managing complexity and delivering impact at a strategic and/ or operational level with management and leadership responsibility for setting and delivering organisational objectives through a wide range of functions. This programme is also eligible for those at undergraduate level.

    What job titles might be suitable?
    Roles may include those of Manager; Senior Manager; Head of Department; Operations Manager; or anyone with significant management responsibilities

  • Senior Leader Master's Degree Apprenticeship - Level 7

    Who's it for?
    Those suited to the Senior Leaders Master’s Degree Apprenticeship will have senior management responsibility, and this can include formal governance or director responsibilities, and lead, manage and direct organisations with responsibility for those in senior positions/ and significant budgets. They may be responsible for providing a clear sense of purpose and driving strategic intent, and identifying longer-term opportunities and risks. Through inclusive leadership, they are responsible for developing ethical, innovative and supportive cultures with the ability to deliver results.

    What job titles might be suitable?
    Roles may include those of Senior Leader, Section Leader, Executive, Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer, senior military officer. As a Master’s degree, this programme is also eligible for those at graduate level.
