ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leading with integrity

The ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leading with Integrity is ideal for individuals (in any business sector) who have leadership and management responsibilities and are seeking to develop their abilities as an ethical leader or manager.

There are two mandatory units in this qualification. The first unit, ‘Becoming an Effective Leader’ will give learners a solid understanding of leadership, including the key competencies of leadership, different leadership styles, when to use them and with whom, and how to evaluate their own ability to lead.

The second unit ‘Leading with Integrity’, covers understanding different forms of integrity, how to address ethical dilemmas, economic, legal and social responsibilities, and how to align them as a leader in the city.
