Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is for learners who wish to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively coach or mentor people within an organisational context. It is also an ideal qualification for those who wish to commence a career in coaching or mentoring.

Structure

Details of the qualification, learning time involved and criteria a learner must satisfy

Learners must achieve a minimum of two units. 10 units must be taken from Group 1 or 10 credits from Group 2. At least 1 hour of induction and at least 2 hours of tutorial support are required.
