The Award covers team roles, what makes a team work well, and how to build relationships and deal with conflict in your team. You will also focus on yourself – identify your own strengths and weaknesses so that you can perform better in your role.
The Certificate includes an additional unit, which focuses on tools to help you manage your time, and techniques to find and implement solutions to problems facing your team. You’ll also get practical knowledge about health and safety and other basic legal requirements in your organisation.
