End Point Assessment is one of the biggest changes happening to apprenticeships right now. The End Point Assessment (EPA) takes place on completion of an apprentice's programme of learning, and is a comprehensive holistic assessment of their skills and knowledge against the criteria laid out in the apprenticeship standard.
ILM’s highly experienced team of End Point Assessors use the latest digital technologies to rigorously assess managers’ skills and knowledge against the Trailblazer Apprenticeship Standards that we helped to create. We have been approved to offer End Point Assessment for both the Level 3 and Level 5 management apprenticeships, with Level 6 CMDA EPA in development.
ILM has a proven track record in assessing practical management learning, and our established team of assessors specialize in the practical assessment of skills and knowledge using a wide range of methodologies. Last year, we qualified seven times more apprentices than any other management organisation, which is probably why we were first to be approved to deliver End Point Assessment for the new Management Apprenticeship Standards.
ILM developed over 14,000 management apprentices in 2016.
