Why include an ILM qualification?

Its easy to see how  changes driven by the new levy and trailblazer apprenticeships could lead to apprenticeship assessment becoming a tick-box exercise; different skills need robust on-programme development and testing in preparation for independent, rigorous, third-party and external assessment to ensure new apprenticeships are up to scratch and high-quality.

By embedding an ILM Diploma within your management apprenticeships, ILM will help you to maintain the highest levels of quality to prepare learners for rigorous end-point-assessment and ensure they meet the new standards, and that the skills developed during the apprenticeship are fully recognised.

ILM’s market-leading qualifications are chosen my more employers than any other leadership and management specialist. Our dedicated team is on hand to help you deliver real impact for your employers and learners.
