Individual

From new and aspiring managers to experienced CEOs, ILM offers expert qualifications for leaders and managers at every level. Simply select your management level and preferred area of study below to find a course that's just right for you.

Select the level that best describes you.  If you know which QCF or SCQF level you want to study at, our options work as follows:

Aspiring manager: level 2, SCQF 5 & 6

Junior manager: level 3, SCQF 7 & 8

Middle manager: levels 4 and 5, SCQF 9 & 10

Senior manager/director: levels 6 and 7, SCQF 11
