    Available for 19+ learners to access full Certificate and Diploma qualifications at Level 2 and 3.

    Apprenticeships

    Funding for apprenticeships comes from a Government levy paid by large employers. This levy fully funds any eligible learner aged 16+, for any apprenticeship approved by the Institute of Apprenticeship and Technical Education.

    The Adult Education Budget (AEB) supports any learner aged 19-24 to gain their first full level 2 or level 3 certificate or diploma.

    19+ FE Advanced Learning Loans

    19+ Advanced Learning Loans are available for eligible learners over the age of 19 wishing to study an approved loan qualification at level 3, 4, 5 or 6.

    National Skills Fund Adult Level 3 offer

    The National Skills Fund supports the Adult Level 3 offer, designed to enable 19+ adults to train or retrain to gain skills that are valued by employers. These qualifications are fully funded for learners who are employed or unemployed without a full level 3 qualification (equivalent to an advanced technical certificate or diploma, or A levels).
