Focus on the skills you need

This qualification focuses on two main areas – understanding the law, your company policies and what these mean in practice; and being able to influence the way your company implements these. It covers a broad range of issues impacting equality and diversity, including dress codes, workplace bullying, and personal beliefs and attitudes. It will also give you the practical skills to measure, monitor and build diversity in your area of responsibility.

The qualification is structured into 1 unit group. At least 1 hour of induction and at least 1 hour of tutorial support are required. Learners must attain a total of 4 credits from 1 mandatory unit to achieve this qualification.
