This qualification is designed for experienced managers – choose this if you both manage other managers and have some responsibility for developing and implementing strategy in your area of the organisation. There are 2 unit groups. 1 hour of induction and at least 2 hours tutorial support are required. A minimum of 38 credits (a minimum of 15 credits from group 2 and a maximum of 13 credits at Level 4 from group 2) are required to achieve this qualification.
